About Us
The GFWC Varina Woman's Club was organized in 1970, and federated and chartered by the General Federation of Women's Clubs, an international women's organization dedicated to community improvement by enhancing the lives of others through volunteer service.
We are also a member of our state organization, General Federation of Women's Clubs-Virginia, and locally the Lee District.
Members participate in focused Community Service Programs, which include Arts and Culture, Civic Engagement and Outreach, Education and Libraries, Environment, and Health and Wellness. They contribute their talents and interests and become involved in the many projects for the betterment of the Varina Community, as well as the state and national projects and programs.
